Keynote speaker introduction:

Han Bing is currently the teacher in the Teaching Office of Avionics of Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineering. He graduated from Télécom Paris Tech as a Ph. D., majoring in optical communications, and now is mainly engaged in the research of fiber optic network. During his doctoral study, he published 5 papers and achieved 2 patents.
