SIAE focuses on the construction of high-level faculty, pays attention to the academic development of young teachers, stimulates the endogenous motivation of teachers' development through the construction of faculty-appointed scientific research team, and continuously promotes the high-quality development of the college. In 2023, our institute was approved 15 scientific research projects above provincial and ministerial level, including 8 national projects: 5 National Natural Science Foundation of China (our institute declared a total of 20 projects, with an approval rate of 25%), 1 special project for civil aircraft, and 2 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China-Foreign Expert Project; and 7 projects at provincial and ministerial level: 1 science and technology program project of the Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau-Science and Technology Popularization Project, and 6 science and technology programs of the Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau -Diversified Fund Project (our institute declared 18 projects, the rate of establishment reached 33.3%).Under the strong leadership of the Party Committee of the College, SIAE will continue to maximize the vitality and creativity of all kinds of subjects, and make due contributions to the early establishment of a world-class civil aviation university with Chinese characteristics.
