A distinguished professor appointment ceremony was held in the lecture hall of SIAE, CAUC, October 24th,2013. Vice president Bai Jie issued the certifications to three professors present.
    On the basis of outstanding cooperation, SIAE, CAUC respectively appointed Manuel SAMUELIDES (ISAE), Jacques RENVIER (SAFRAN), Wolfgang ENGLER (Airbus) and Serge CRÉZÉ(ISAE) as the distinguished professors of engineering mathematics, engine, airworthiness/avionics and aircraft structure courses of SIAE. They will lead Chinese teachers of SIAE to carry out the work in engineering teaching, laboratory construction, discipline construction and so on.
    Vice president Bai Jie made a speech to express gratitude to four distinguished professors for their unremitting contribution and efforts to the development of SIAE.
    Co-director Yu Lijun moderated the ceremony in the company of other related leaders and teachers.
