On Dec 12th, 2013, the graduation ceremony of Sino-EU Civil Aviation Cooperation Project- ATM and Flight was held in CAUC. 30 students of Sino-EU Advanced Master “ATM”, 27 students of Advanced Master “ANE”, 38 ATM students and 50 Flight Theory instructors, 145 in total, completed their study and graduated successfully.
    The representative of EU in China Yi Xiao Lin, Deputy Director Yang Sheng Jun of Department of Personnel and Education of CAAC, President Marc Houalla of ENAC, President Wu Tong Shui of CAUC, French Representative in Chinese Embassy GUILLET Raphaël and other project managers attended the ceremony.
    In October, 2011, CAUC and ENAC's co-application for ATM and airport, and Pilot training programs were approved by EU and was granted 2 million euros. In the past two years, CAUC cooperated proactively with ENAC in utilizing the appropriation of EU to move forward with the Advanced Master of ATM and ANE, ATM and Flight training, joint efforts in developing the training courses for the training of controllers, pilots, avionics engineers and so on. In addition, CUAC invited French experts to hold symposiums, employed French flight experts to work in CAUC, send CAUC teacher to further their studies in France.
