Mar 20th ,2009,SIAE, CAUC specially invited the former Director of Department of International Cooperation and Communication of China’s Ministry of Education to deliver SIAE teachers and students a report on “ The fostering of engineering talents”.
    Through his report, Mr Cao introduced the features of French system of engineer education and pointed out the importance of fostering students’ practical applied ability. Finally, he reiterated the importance of cultivating innovative and applied talents, which was the original intention of Ministry of Education to approve the establishment of SIAE in CAUC. Director Cao hope that students could seize the precious opportunity to study, make full use of learning resources and superior learning conditions and finally realize a comprehensive self-perfection.
    After the report, Director Cao patiently answered all the questions proposed by students and was also present a gift by CAUC, a pair of couplets, to extend our thanks for his unremitting efforts in the construction and development of SIAE.
