The 3nd Session of Executive Committee of SIAE was held from Mar 15th to 17th, 2010 in Toulouse, France. This conference discussed and adopted the minutes of meeting held in April, 2009, president selection of new committee, SIAE operation report, basic course curriculum and organization of engineer cycle, organization and operation of preparatory cycle, regulation of school roll, faculty recruitment plan, internal management provision, financial report of 2009, budget of 2010, construction progress of SIAE teaching building and so on.
    President Wu Tong Shui, Vice President Dong Jian Kang, Director Yu Li Jun of International Affairs, Co-director Wang Jian and Michel MARTIN of CUCA attended the conference.
    Education Counsellor of Chinese Embassy in France, Deputy Director Zhao Hong Mei of Training Center of Department of Personnel and Education, Deputy General Manager Mo Guo Tang of Maintenance and Engineering Branch of China Southern Airlines and HR Manager of AMECO were also invited to attend the conference. For French side, three presidents of GEA, person in charge of SIAE project, Deputy Director of International Communication and Cooperation of DGAC, President of Toulouse University, representatives from SAFRAN and Airbus and others.
    President Wu Tong Shui was elected as the new President of next Executive Committee.
    During the conference, delegates listened to the report on “ Concept of Building Europe Aviation Valley” delivered by Vice President of Airbus, visited the assembly line of A380, drone lab of ENAC, satellite navigation lab of ISAE.
