   Create an academic exchange platform to promote the growth of young teachers

        On May 20, 2016, in the afternoon, at the invitation of SIAE, two outstanding young scholars, Zhang Wei and Li Hai, who have won the "Blue Sky Young Scholar" honorary title visited SIAE for communication. The two teachers discussed the research direction, the relationship between research and teaching, and the project team cooperation with the teachers from SIAE, and also shared their own experience.

During the exchange, the two teachers introduced their work and research plans, shared their knowledge and insights on teaching and scientific research, and exchanged experiences on how to focus on the discipline construction of the school, how to identify research directions, to strengthen academic exchanges and improve scientific research ability. They also proposed to use the platform of Sino-French exchange to carry out international scientific research.

Since the beginning of this semester, Professor Hua Keqiang, who is in charge of CDIO project assessment, was invited to give a lecture entitled "CDIO education model". Also, Ma Lan and Yan Fengliang, two teachers who have won National Quality Courses, were also invited to discuss curriculum construction and how to apply for teaching achievements.By inviting experts and scholars to give lectures and exchange academic activities, we will strive to improve the young teachers' teaching capability and scientific research ability.
