   Strengthen Internal Management, Improve Connotation

       Since the establishment of the new leadership of SIAE, the leaders have achieved the understanding for the demands of teachers and students through the opinions for teachers and students. In view of the existing problems in SIAE, the leaders sorted out them with an earnest attitude. Furthermore, the leaders, together with the joint efforts of the teachers, revised and improved the rules and regulations of SIAE, so as to standardize the daily management and ensure the smooth development of all works.   

In accordance with the spirit of running the school by law and in order to standardize the management of students' status, SIAE formulated "Regulations on Students' Status Management of SIAE". In order to strengthen the quality control of teaching operation, strengthen teaching management, test the quality of education and teaching, and promote the normalization and institutionalization of teaching quality, "The measures for SIAE leaders to inspect classes" is also formulated.

With the revision and perfection of a series of management systems and methods, we will make SIAE management more standardized. SIAE will continue to pay close attention to integrating conventional management with advanced teaching ideas, so as to create a civilized and harmonious environment for education and teaching, and to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way.
