At 10 a. m. on November 21, Mr. He Yingang, our alumni and currently AOC Director of Joyair, gave a lecture on "Contemporary Civil Aviation Spirit" to all 2016-grade freshmen of SIAE. The lecture focused on "Let Dreams Fulfill Your Heart", during which he described the requirements of contemporary civil aviation for talents and the way of personal development.

Mr. He firstly described the development of China's civil aviation manufacturing industry, including ARJ21 and C919. He also introduced his own experience of participating in the preparation of Joyair. He shared his civil aviation dream and Chinese Dream with his classmates. Although his words were humble, they could manifest the hardships and difficulties of the past history. The students were deeply encouraged.

Soon afterwards, Mr. He emphasized several requirements for talents in contemporary civil aviation. First, they should have the spirit of professionalism, standardization, institutionalization and standardization. Secondly, they should be good at communication, make adequate preparations, be equipped with the capability of rational thinking, correct attitude, and being able ot give correct feedbacks in time. Thirdly, they should have capability of management and self-discipline. Fourthly, they should have team spirit, learn to properly handle the relationship between team members.

"Never give up your dream. " He concluded this lecture with these quotes. This is not only his elaboration of the spirit of contemporary civil aviation, but also his expectations and requirements for all civil aviation students. He hoped that they can realize their civil aviation dream and the Chinese dream.
