  Thales Group senior management training project delegation visited SIAE

On April 7, a delegation of the Thales Group Senior Management Training Project from France visited SIAE and conducted comprehensive interactions in terms of teaching activities, accompanied by the college leaders and nine student representatives.

In the conference room of SIAE, Mr. Yang Xinsheng, the dean of SIAE first introduced the general situation of SIAE to the Thales delegation, including its history, orientation, guiding ideology, training objectives, training process (curriculum system construction, practice and internship arrangement, assessment system, quality assurance), student development, social evaluation, development planning and so on. After the introduction, members of the delegation made further inquiries about the source of students, the publicity of SIAE and the employment of students. They spoke highly of the philosophy and sound practice of the construction and development of SIAE.

Soon afterwards, the representatives had further exchanges with student representatives from all grades. After asking the students why they chose SIAE and how they felt about it, the senior managers from different departments introduced their own responsibilities and business areas. Student representatives also communicated their interests with senior executives of relevant departments in turn. This valuable exchange gave Thales executives a direct impression of SIAE students. It has also deepened the understanding between SIAE and Thales Group. This exchange has really improved the cross-cultural communication competence of SIAE students.
