Jean-Philippe DUFOUR congratulated the graduates on behalf of the French Civil Aviation Administration and the French Ambassadors to China. He pointed out that SIAE is the outcome of the joint efforts of higher education institutions in China and France, European and Chinese companies, management departments of both countries and all students. It is also a model for cooperation between Chinese and French higher education schools and enterprises. He hoped that these graduates will make greater contributions to the cooperation between China and France.

Marc HOUALLA pointed out that SIAE graduates will not only work in China's aviation companies, but also assume many positions in Airbus Group, Safran Group and Thales Group, whereby they have built a bridge between China and Europe. He expressed his gratitude to SIAE teachers and noted that the graduates shall share their good memories, knowledge and experience with the students of lower grades.

Cora HUBERT, on behalf of the Airbus Group, a sponsor of SIAE, congratulated the graduates on their special ceremony. She said that when these graduates obtained a degree certificate, they have also opened up their career prospect, and she hoped that they can display their wisdom and talent to protect China's aviation safety, and wish them a bright future.

Mr. Zhu Paipo said that as the only aviation engineer education institution in China, SIAE's educational philosophy and talent training program have greatly inspired AMECO. In recent years, Ameco's cooperation with Civil Aviation University of China has gradually deepened, and he also hoped that both sides will continue to maintain a sound development trend for school-enterprise cooperation.

Relating his own experience in the aviation industry, Mr. He Li shares two words with graduates. The first word is "honesty". He expressed that whether you are pursuing academic study, doing business, or being an official, you must be honest. The second word is "gratitude", which means that conscience comes with gratitude. As a student, he or she must learn to be grateful to parents, alma mater, teachers, and to all those who are helpful to him or her.

At the ceremony, SIAE hired Zhang Zheng and Huang Yong, the professors from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Professor Fan Guofang from Beijing Jiaotong University as academic advisers.

Mr. Fan Guofang said that he is very pleased to be appointed as an SIAE academic adviser and as an academic representative. He hoped to work with SIAE teachers so as to improve their educational and scientific research.

Mr. Cao Guoxing gave his best wishes to the graduates to complete their studies and obtained the master's degrees in China as well as the engineer's academic title which is very hard to get. He said that although learning is difficult, it is also unforgettable. He hoped that graduates will revisit SIAE and share the joys in their future life and work, achievements and troubles, experience and setbacks with their alma mater. Civil Aviation University of China will always be their second hometown, and SIAE will always be their home.

On behalf CAUC, Mr. Jing Yihong expressed his congratulations to the graduates for completing their studies and expressed his gratitude to the leaders and friends of the Chinese, French and business circles and the education sector who have made positive contributions to talent training of for SIAE. He pointed out that the seven-year learning of the students in SIAE has created a broad platform for them to develop their talents and realize their dreams. Today they finally graduated with a solid basis of knowledge and broad vision. He hoped that the graduates will continue to adhere to the academic atmosphere featuring "diligent in study, being savvy, rigorous and innovative". He also urged the students to keep open-minded and passionate for continuous exploration, to carry forward the spirits of contemporary civil aviation, as well as to stay true to the mission, whereby they are capable of making greater contributions to the development of China's civil aviation industry and the cooperation between China and France.

The graduates representatives Gao Sai and Zhao Weizhou gave a speech in Chinese and French

SIAE is the only institution in China dedicated to the training of aeronautical engineers which was established in 2007 by CAUC and GEA. GEA consists of the top aerospace universities in France: ENAC, ISAE and ENSMA. The above three universities are dedicated to fostering excellent future-aviation engineers to European aerospace and aviation companies such as Airbus, Safran, and Thales Group. In 2014, SIAE was included in the cooperation framework for cultural exchange mechanism between China and France, and became a core member of the Sino-French Engineer Schools under the Ministry of Education. In 2016, the vice-premier of China, Ms. Liu Yandong issued the certificate of "Excellent Sino-French University Cooperation Project" in 2016 for Civil Aviation University of China.
