In order to further study and implement the spirit of the National Education Conference, strengthen the leading role of party building, anchor the construction of the outstanding aeronautical engineer talent training highland of SIAE, and effectively serve the overall situation of school reform and development. According to the unified work deployment of “Notice on Carrying out the Theme Party Day Activities of "Drawing a New Chapter of High-quality Development of Schools to Learn the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party and the Spirit of the National Education Conference”, the Party Committee of SIAE organized all branches to carry out the theme Party Day activities in December on December 6.
Firstly, each branch studied the first topic, focusing on an in-depth study of the important article "Adhere to innovate on the basis of what has worked in the past" published recently in the magazine Qiushi, as well as the spirit of the important instructions given by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the research and construction project of Marxist theory in the new era. In the collective theoretical study stage of materials related to the spirit of the National Education Congress, each branch combined with its own work characteristics and task requirements, proceeding from the perspective of reform and development , a heated discussion has been carried on around the integrated development of education and technology talents, the cultivation of outstanding aeronautical engineers enables the new quality productivity of aviation, school-enterprise collaborative innovation promotes the deep integration of production and education, and the construction of excellent cultural matrix under the 1232 ideological and political education system.
According to the latest revision of the Constitution of Civil Aviation University of China, each branch has carried out leading and self-learning activities, prompting party members to deeply understand the background of the revision of the constitution, the revision process, the revision basis, the construction and development history of the school, the school's spiritual lineage, development status and goals. Subsequently, the original text was studied and focused on the content of Chapter 1 General Provisions, Chapter 2 school-running functions, and Chapter 3 school-running subjects, which further deepened the understanding and knowledge of all Party members of the college for the charter of the school and provided policy help for the orderly development of everyone's future work. Each branch also carried out work discussion activities, by comprehensively summarizing the work experience of the past year, sorting out the existing problems and challenges, and clarifying the work focus of the next year, as well as the future construction goals and implementation paths. In combination with the actual situation and development needs of their respective branches, the party members put forward a number of practical suggestions and measures.
