SIAE Convened Truth-sharing Internship (Fifth Season)

 At 6:30pm on December 28th, 2016, the fifth "Truth-sharing Internship" held by SIAE Aviation Schoolmate Club was held in 220 classroom of SIAE. Before the event, the SIAE Aviation Schoolmate Club collected a wide range of questions about internships in the lower grades and classified them through an online questionnaire.

 The activities were mainly divided into the following sections: internships and employment, interview tips, leaderless group mock interviews, and answering questions.

At the event, the upperclassmen responded to the questions raised by the students one by one. At the same time, they also shared their internship experiences and interview experiences, shared some interview tips, and gave some suggestions about internships and choosing future careers. In particular, at the end during the leaderless group discussion, the students at a lower grade felt the atmosphere of a real interview.At the end of the event, the upperclassmen also expressed their hopes and wished all the students could choose their favorite internship and find the ideal job.

Truth-sharing Internship helped to build a bridge between the students of lower grades and the upperclassmen. Through exchanges, the students solved their doubts about internship and employment. They also accumulated some experience for themselves through experiences of upperclassmen to prepare for the next internship and future employment。
