To effectively strengthen students' awareness of fire safety and their ability to self rescue and first aid, promote the normalization of fire safety education, and create a good campus fire safety environment, Sino European Institute of Aviation Engineering (SIAE) and Cabin Attendant College (CAC) jointly organized a fire evacuation drill on April 16, 2022.

At the scene of the fire evacuation drill, the counselor gave a systematic lecture on evacuation knowledge to the participants. At 12:30 noon, a simulated fire broke out on the first floor of North 21 Apartment, and the fire alarm sounded. Students evacuated the apartment building in an orderly manner. The students quickly responded and used the escape method of "Bend down and walk along the wall, covering their mouth and nose with wet wipes, keep to the right, leave a spot for one person on the left" to escape the simulated disaster scene in a tense, orderly, and safe manner. After all students have evacuated to the designated location, the class leader quickly counted the number of students and successfully completed the designated student safety evacuation task within 3 minutes after the fire was discovered. Finally, the counselor summarized and commented on the fire evacuation drill and announced the end of the drill.

The drill activity was successfully completed, and the atmosphere at the evacuation site was tense. The students mastered knowledge and skills in emergency evacuation, firefighting, and other aspects, greatly enhancing their safety awareness and self-protection and self-rescue skills. At the same time, we have effectively strengthened the safety education work of the SIAE and the CAC, promoted the continuous deepening of dormitory fire safety construction, and laid a solid foundation for creating safe and civilized dormitories. In the future, SIAE will continue to hold various fire safety training activities to ensure the safety of teachers and students and create a safe campus environment.
