Since joining East China ATMB, CAAC in 2014, Xu Chenchen has obtained the licenses of civil aviation and telecommunications personnel (communication and surveillance) , and has successfully completed the various tasks assigned to him. He pursues progress, strives to learn professional expertise, and continuously improves technical skills. He is able to handle various special situations that arise in work. He participated in the construction of the expansion system of Shanghai ACC and the construction of the Shanghai Hongqiao VHF new station. In recent years, he provided support to ensure safe and smooth flights for various high-level activities, such as the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games and the Hangzhou G20 Summit.
